Decent purifiers cost upwards of 15k ( Eg: coway airmega 150). Under 10k small air purifiers are useless because of less CADR and long time required for filtration + frequent need for proprietary filter replacement

Using a Coway Airmega 150 since 2021. No issues till now. It's not used daily but I've kept the dust filter clean and never had to bother with the carbon filter. Replacements look readily available.

keep in mind that multiple smaller air purifiers are generally better than one super large one. i've heard round air purifiers aren't as good as "block-y" looking ones (the round ones have cylindrical filters that don't work as well). avoid ionizing/bipolar purifiers, as these produce ozone. i think
