Cotopaxi Alpa 28L vs Patagonia MLC 30

Just want to say my husband and I both have the Cotopaxi Allpa 28, BUT they are two completely different bags. I bought mine not pre-owned, but it was a sample. I got it like half priced and had never been used. Now, my husband bought his new from REI and come to find out, although his was new, mine

Cotopaxi Alpa 28L vs Patagonia MLC 30

I have the larger Alpa and the MLC30. I prefer the MLC. While Cotopaxi does have good organization, I often feel it works against my packing. I find it easier to organize with cubes in the MLC.

28-35 L, first onebag advice

I'm currently on a 4 week trip living out of a Cotopaxi Alpa 35. The bag checks all of your boxes and is quite comfortable, don't overlook it. The Alpa comes in both 28L and 35L.

Which travel backpack should I choose??

I have a Cotopaxi Alpa 42 and it’s been amazing. It also seems to be a carry on cheat code? I was on a flight last week with a budget European airline where they were weighing literally all carry on luggage. My pack was pretty stuffed and they didn’t bat an eye — just waved me through. Folks seem to

Cotopaxi Alpa 28L vs Patagonia MLC 30

I am 5' 2" and have the Cotopaxi Allpa 28. I love it. It's very comfortable to carry for me, though usually I'm not on trips where I'm walking with it for more than 30 minutes (ie I've never taken it hiking). If I'm walking with it for more than 10 minutes I usually use the sternum strap, but I neve

Do you prefer soft or hard sided luggage? Split compartment or single compartment? What about your preference makes you feel strongly about it?

I have a travel backpack and I wouldn't have it sny other way. Cotopaxi alpa 35, I'll likely get the 45 at some point for longer trips. The only occasion I'll use hard sided luggage is if im getting off the plane directly into a cab then directly to my destination, and only if I'm staying in one pla
