Staying in shape does help a lot. But other than that make sure you have a good quality chair. For cheaper ones you get what you pay for and after a couple hours it’s just gonna suck. Sweet spot seems to be in the 5-700 dollar range for ‘budget’ chairs if you don’t want the more expensive office one
