The Coros Pace series build quality isn't great. They're all-plastic watches, normal glass screen. The base Pace 4 also has only a 1.2" screen (same as the Garmin 165, which is also a cheap plastic build). Currently on the Coros Apex 4. Great battery life, great screen, all the bells and whistles. I just love it. I switched from Garmin about 8 years ago and haven’t looked back. I use the Coros Dura while biking.

Transfer from Apple watch will be a huge improvement for you, but please remember that Coros is more sport than smart watch. Very good for running, hiking, cycling but not for reading mails. The Nomad is essentially an Apex 4 in a bulkier polycarbonate body with a normal glass screen. It's Coros's answer to the Garmin Instinct series, and has a lot more functionality as well (like maps!) that Garmin gates to their higher end devices.

Yes, there is a screen dedicated to HR zone that shows what HR zone you are in. Used it for running but ultimately returned it and stuck with coros apex 4. But honestly the instinct was a great watch and might get it in the future.

Coros watches offer impressive value for money. The Apex 4 can handle 100km easily. The battery life of the Coros watches is nuts considering their form factor.
