Coros Apex 4 so far?

I'm using Apex 4 since February, for me it's perfect watch, but im Coros fan since last 7 years. Transfer from Apple watch will be a huge improvement for you, but please remember that Coros is more sport than smart watch. Very good for running, hiking, cycling but not for reading mails. I love sapph

Apex 4 is a disappointment

I agree with the both of you. I don't think that every release has to be ground breaking or revolutionary. Pardon the pun but the Apex has reached its apex in terms of MIPS hardware design. Other than adding a flashlight and making the watch more premium and with an appealing "cool" factor, the Apex

Coros Apex 4 for Running ?

I have a lot of the Apple Watches and this new Apex 4 from COROS (YT reviewer). Keep in mind that this is a COROS sub so you're going to get a very pro COROS perspective from most people. I think this watch is going to serve you really well if you're excited to have a super long battery. Compared to

Need help choosing a running/trail watch: Coros Apex 4, Suunto Vertical 2 / Race 2, or used Fenix 7 Pro

I have an Apex 2 Pro. It’s beat to shit. Just ran a 100k, with turn by turn on, and lost race I still had 48% battery left after the run. GPS is wonderful, even in really remote spots. In terms of metrics, it’s got everything you need. If you have tattoos on your arms/wrists the heart rate won’t wor

New Active Max

I have had my active max for about 1 half months. Using it daily. I have been using Suunto Race 2, coros apex 4, Apple Watch Ultra 2 concurrently . HR and GPS accuracy when compared to these more expensive premium sports watch is spot on! Frankly I feel that Active Max is giving me much more bang fo

TQS made a video about the coros pace 4 and I’m bummed

Nope, have an apex 4 but same sensors and algorithms. Hr accuracy is absolutely on par with any current garmin and sleep tracking (time start and end is all that matters) are also right on track with garmin and whoop. You get less health and training “scores” with coros but all the data you need to

AW7 died around 35 km today. what are you using for best battery on long treks?

Anything be;ow 80% is to be replaced. Apple Watch is not a long hiking watch. Try COROS apex 4. COROS nomad. Or if you insist on Apple Watch then take ultra. Standard Apple Watch is a city life watch.

Might give Garmin a try

I typically bought the flagships, so I owned the fenix on the garmin end and the apex 4 on the coros end so I can’t speak to the pace / vivo, but I can speak on a general term for both brands. Garmin - I believe the company went down hill hard and became a status company. Their prices went insane, t

Trail runner looking for a new watch - seeking your advice!

I just switched from Garmin to Apex 4 a few weeks ago. On your list it covers all. Surprisingly, for me the very long battery life is almost the best thing about the watch. I really love never having to charge much more than I thought I would. The next thing that's awesome is maps and navigation. I

Sell me on Coros

I mostly agree, but I think there are a few things that COROS does legitimately better. One is map redraw. I had no idea what pain-free map experience was until I tried the NOMAD. I didn't keep the watch, but it was hard to go back to Garmin after that. Second is map legibility. This, and especially
