What ring would you reccomend?
I'm gonna get laughed at, or flack for this, but I use a Colmi R10 from AliExpress, primarily because its cheap as heck (I paid $40 CAD with free shipping), has a roughly 5 day battery life (so far) and the app tracks sleep, activity, heart rate ( I set at 20 min intervals), blood oxygen and step co

Which Colmi smart ring do you recommend ?
I've had the Colmi R09 for three months now, and I honestly have no complaints. In my case, it's quite accurate in everything (the first day I wore it, it did give me some nonsensical readings, but I think it needed to sync properly). Otherwise, everything is fine. I've compared the ring's measureme

Fitness ring advice
I use an AliExpress brand named Colmi R10. It's inexpensive and the tracking is about as accurate as the ones that cost hundreds of dollars. No subscription and the power lasts about a full week on a single charge.

I got the colmi R10. I did some research and at the end, basically are the same sensors as the fancy brands, the difference is the brand and the analysis of the data. I highly recommend the colmi R10, it is simple and measures very well and you don't end up paying an insane amount of money. It measu

Cheap smart rings?
I got the Colmi R10, which I found to be suprisingly good and cheap (about NZ$35 thru AliExpress). I reviewed it a bit later; check out my posts. I'm now getting a (non-new) Kardia heart monitor card for about $80NZ from Amazon which is (supposedly) better at picking up AF and other conditions. Chec

Smart rings that store data locally and not on the cloud?
The Colmi / Yawell Rings support this. And they are also pretty cheap. I got the R10 and the Qring App saves your data locally. And they are also very budgetfriendly This thing you can actually self host / run on your desktop and use for tracking / monitoring anything https://perfice.adoe.dev/
