I have a cheap Colmi Ring, heart rate, steps and sleeping is quite accurate, battery last 5 days and has been quite reliable, super happy for now. Cost around 25usd

Waiting for gomo to pitch in, but I have had both R09 (slightly more sensors) and R02 (better battery life). I think that the recommended best option is SR08, as it has a display. If you search Colmi in this group it will come up a few times.

i have a Colmi R09 and R02. 09 is slightly more accurate, but battery lasts about 2 days. 02 is a bit less accurate but "good enough" for me for sleep, activity, and exercise tracking and battery lasts over 4 days.
