Who said Casabrews are not recommended? Do the research on YouTube and make your own decision. I own the Casabrews Ultra and my family does lattes daily. I don’t need another espresso machine unless it’s for my own personal preference. Before I bought this one I looked at other entry level machines

Wanted alternatives to Breville barista express.

Advise for broke college student [$150]
If you want the electric route, Check out casabrews smaller machines. There are reviews on youtube for them on an ultra-low budget that they can get by. As long as you are using good beans and a decent grinder thats fine. Something manual like a Kingrinder is definitely where I would go as well. 1zp

Of course not. But you can get a Casabrew for $118 and a Z ultra for $199 and save a ton of money while making very good espresso shots.
