EOS R7

Hard disagree. They bought a 2007 corolla and try to make it run like a R7.

Get the Z8 combo in a heartbeat, there's no comparison - it's a superior camera in every way to the R7. I say this as a canon shooter. The R7 came out as a very compromised machine. And once you start using fullframe image quality you won't want to go back.
