For a Blank State, is the Canon R6Miii or Sony A7V a better choice?

R6M3 better than R5M1 for hybrid creators
Different. You want high Megapixel/ cropping reasons or not. The R6 Mark III is way more than enough. The R6 II is still a workhorse camera.
