I got a sweet Canon EOS R100 camera (my first ever digital camera!!!) as a birthday present and have been doing test shots for a couple weeks at home. I finally decided t

If you're planning on using auto focus, you'll likely want to stay away from DSLRs. I can't imagine, even from a price point, DSLR being a better pick over a mirrorless sy

The moon

I was messing around with a friends Canon EOS R100 and their 400mm lens and captured this mid-day. Still one of my favorite moon pics taken to date.

Considering a Pentax but.....

I think you're asking the wrong question. Is Pentax autofocus bad? No, for the optical viewfinder DSLR, it's great. Pentax live view autofocus is... not good. Thanks r/birding for inspiring me to buy a camera! Such a great hobby I'm much healthier now because of it! Here's my top 10 from year 1

I use the Canon EOS R100 with an RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8 IS USM lens, It's quite a light set up and works great for hiking and walks sometime in the future I'll expand my lens inventory with some prime lenses

Yesterday i was able to attach my Mirrorless camera to the telescope amd i got this. I know it can be better but i guess it's ok for a first try. Z50II announced

For the intended audience of this camera (Costco DSLR two lens kit camera dads), a built in flash is a plus. There's a reason why the Canon Digital Rebel, R100, R50, and R10 all have built in flash. It's a nice to have for emergency light. Plus, it can be used to trigger optical slaves.
