The optical quality will be terrible (chromatic aberration, flaring, softness), and with that huge focal length and narrow aperture and no image stabilization, you will need to shoot with a tripod. These are cheap for a reason. I'd wager you'll get far better shots by using an EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6
