Soundcore Q30 to Premium: Cambridge Audio P100 SE (Sound) vs. Sony XM4 (ANC) - which is better?

I have both the original P100 and the XM4, and have hundreds, if not thousands of hours of use in both. I really like the XM4s. Especially when they were new. They were lightweight, comfortable, battery life was (and still is) acceptable, and yeah, the ANC is pretty hot. And being Sony, the sound is

P100 SE current state

I’ve owned many « high-end » bluetooth headphones over the last 2 or 3 years, including the Sennheiser Momentum 4, Bose QC Ultra Gen 1 and 2, B&W Px7 S2e, B&W Px7 S3, B&W Px8 S1 and S2, Beoplay H95, Focal Bathys, Sony XM5, and several others… Right now, the Cambridge Audio P100 SE offer by far the b

Px7 S3 vs everything else!

Hi mate. I sent back the PX7S3's a few weeks ago. Techno sounded awful on them. Really bad. Easily got fatigued. The sounds are clean, but I found them too narrow and artificial sounding. A bit too high pitch. Too closed. It needs to be a lot wider for me. Great build quality, but unfortunately for

P100 SE build quality

The difference with Cambridge Audio is, if your hinge breaks within the 2 year manufacturing warranty, they'll replace it without quibbling unlike most major headphone brands (Sony in particular of course). I had the P100s for 18 months without breakage or any worry that they'd break. I now have a p

Interesting. I found the bass on the PX7S3 tight. Just slaps so to speak. It's not what I was after. If I'm totally honest, I was underwhelmed by them and found it a little boring. Didn't wanna dance around as much hah. The sounds were just too congested and it didn't feel enjoyable. Felt like I was

Why do the Px8s not have an equalizer in the app?

I tried the Sennheiser but they just didn't feel good on my ears and the sound was good but not enough to let me oversee that it's just the Momentum 4 with a better core. I just find them to look and feel very cheap and not very durable. I was able to also try the Cambridge Audio P100 SE in an audio

Help me make the right decision. B&W Px8 vs Px7 S3 vs Bose QC Ultra 2 vs Cambridge Audio Melomania P100 SE vs any other good ones.

Sadly, the Px8S2 don't come in green/black like the Px8. I find those the second most beautiful after the Px8S2 McLaren I would love to have the Cambridge Audio P100 SE but with half the battery. They are good but really just too heavy for my liking. I will check if the used Px8 are really trustwort
