for the price of the Breville Smart Grinder Pro, there are so many better options. hell, breville owns baratza, and the encore esp is the same price. and if you're single dosing, the df54 is only a little bit more expensive. bambino is a good option though. one of the best bang for buck at that pric

As one of the people being cited here, I'd like to add that my grinder at the time (the Breville SGP) had a shitty motor, and the rock looked to be a piece of granite. And it wedged itself between the burrs. Also, my df83 was in the mail so I didn't bother trying to fix it.

You’ll get a bunch of recommendations for Baratza however Baratza is now owned by Breville. That makes it an immediate non-starter in my house. Plus, so plasticky. I bought myself a df64 gen 2 that I love. Coming from a Breville Smart Grinder Pro (which was a gift), the difference was massive. I mos

Keep the Bambino, buy a better grinder. Edit: additional information Consider what you want out of your espresso experience and how much time investment you're intending to put into things. A nicer espresso machine will have better temperature stability, likely because you're trading thermoblock for

Hand grinding espresso (especially on the k6) can be tough for some people. It might not be something they will want to put up with first thing in the morning. I only have hands on experience with 2 electric grinders. Firstly, the Breville Smart Grinder Pro which I cannot recommend for many reasons.

I think it depends on how many espressos youre making everyday. I use a manual grinder for an americano every morning and its really only 30 seconds of grinding for a really dialed in grind. if I have to make 4 cappuccinos? im using my slightly subpar electric grinder (I have an older breville smart

Breville bought Baratza because they know their own grinders suck. Avoid the Smart Grinder Pro at all costs! ESP or ESP Pro are the way to go. Go Pro if you have the points or extra cash.

I have a Rocket Appartamento TCA and it's great. We use filtered water from the fridge. Also using a Breville Smart Grinder Pro which we aim to upgrade eventually.

This is the regular starseeker e55. Wala pang Pro nung bumili ako. Consistent grind. Quiet. Hindi kasing ingay nung Breville Smart Grinder Pro. Way better than my smart grinder pro kahit mas mura. Matibay din. By accident, may nalaglag na metal clip. Hindi nasira ung burr. Using this grinder sa both
