Smart Grinder Pro

Breville bambino & breville smart grinder pro ( ppl in this thread don’t like this grinder but it’s very very easy to use) it won’t grind light beans though, only medium and dark beans.

For this machine, I've used a Breville SGP grinder, and it works very well with a medium/dark roast coffee at grind level 6, with a naked portafilter. But currently, I prefer to use it with a hand grinder.

Use beans from "Beanery" , buy their organic espresso beans. They sell 1/2 pound. Buy Breville smart grinder pro and grind them at Number 9 or lower. Espresso will come out.

I have both the smart grinder and the encore esp. The smart grinder is better. Anyone that says otherwise doesn't have a direct comparison . Encore is manual, has far more retention and I find more inconsistent. I have to change the grind size on it just getting through a single bag of 250g beans. A

Its funny really because most people getting into this are told to go super high on the grinder end and while there is some validity to that, I think it also is a little OTT. Just saw your comment. Yeah, I think the general consensus is bigger and more expensive is better but thats really not the case. The Bambino and SGP as you have seen too is perfectly fine.
