Breville/Sage Precision Brewer has worked well for me for several years. It has a auto-brew timer, "SCA Gold" setting, some customization and insulated carafe. Also, reasonably priced.... If you’re in the US, go find a local TJ Maxx or Marshall’s. They typically have Breville Precision Brewers for on sale for $179. I actually got one for $89 recently. Any of those on your list will be perfectly fine though. I like the OXO stuff for the money, but if you can wait on a moccamaster sale

IMHO, a good drip machine is the way to go when brewing larger batches for guests. Less faffing around, easier to pay attention to your guests. I have been using a breville/Sage precision brewer for about 4 years now. To me its the best there is in that price range. Thermal carafe. Ill be buying them as long as they make them.

I like the breville precision brewer myself. Lots of customisation you can do with the settings. Can be found <$200 second hand too which makes it great value.
