Oracle Touch

Welcome to the club, happens frequently to my Oracle Touch even after switching beans and thorough cleaning. Sent mine back a few times and their service is super but they just clean it and send it back, just for the same thing to occur. IMO a Breville known deficiency in the units.

Wow what? I’ve been considering getting the oracle touch, jet or dual boiler, for a while but this thread literally just ended any desire to get a Breville/Sage machine. Not servicing more than twice is insane.

Have a 6 year old Oracle Touch that started to pop our GFCI outlet, likely due to leak. Replaced the orings and steam probes, which did not fix the issue. The Brevilles are a consumer grade product with a lot of features.
