Is it worth upgrading from Barista Express to Barista Touch Impress?
I prefer to do my own puck prep, dosing, dialing in, etc so I don’t see the impress version as being an upgrade especially if you’re already able to do those things. I do like the user interface of the regular touch but with some minor differences, the espresso machine side for intents and purposes

Unable to master double shot
I had mastered the double shot on the Breville barista express. I would use the two cup dual wall porta filter and be able to get two cups of not bitter lattes. First Shot with bottomless portafilter!
The reason I am asking is that when I pull my shots, if it looks like that, then it drops at the rate of 56grams/25 seconds, so overextracted. But when I grind finer to slow down the flow, I may get 36 grams in 28 seconds, but it's not coming out that "pretty" and kinda dribbles from different parts

Can’t install portafilter
Personally I think it's the worst part of these machines. The only machines that have such a system I can find are, Ninja Luxe Café Series, Sage Barista Touch Impress, Sage Barista Express Impress, and the Melitta Barista TS Smart.
