I'm in need of a new coffee machine!
Id recommend the Breville Barista Express Impress specifically. The one in our office hammers out a whole bowl of pucks every day and doesn’t get cleaned on time and just keeps going - 2 years and counting. The tamp works really well and keeps the bench tidy of grind. The ui works well. It doesn’t s

Making Espresso at Home (First Machine) [$1k USD]
The little breville barista express is a cool machine but not the best grinder I sold mine used for $250. They go on sale around Black Friday for $500ish so def wait for a sale. Bambino is very close to being this machine minus the grinder and can be found cheap. The df64 gen 2 grinder that you ment

Looking for the best value I can get for a grinder and espresso machine [$700]
Breville Bambino Plus with either a Breville Smart Grinder Pro or DF54 Grinder. An absolute starter kit that leaves room to grow. If space is a concern, then Breville Barista Express Impress.

Breville Barista Express Impress vs KitchenAid Semi-Automatic [$500–900]
Between the two of those, go with the Breville. KitchenAid is not a recommended brand on this sub. That said, all-in-one devices are generally not recommend here. You'd be better off going with a separate brewer/grinder, as it makes sure you don't have a half-functional machine when the built-in gri

Breville Barista Express Impress vs KitchenAid Semi-Automatic [$500–900]
The brevilles are reliabel machines that don't really do anything wrong. The grinder is not the best but it is good enough to make good coffee. Not sure about the impress part though, of all things in the workflow tamping is easy, so I would also look at the normal version. All these other brands tr

First coffee machine?
There’s a lot of factors to weigh up but I’d personally go for something like the Barista Express Impress, depends how much effort you want to go to for each cup but it’s probably a nice little balance between manual and fully automatic. There’s benefits to a separate grinder as someone else said bu

Do that many people really have almost 7k to spend on a machine?
Of the numerous multi (5+) million dollar homes I see on the West Coast, if there is a Machine in the Kitchen,They're rocking a Breville Barista Express Impress. Which with the addition of another grinder is enough for a Vast majority of people. You're only getting a 7k setup if it's your absolute h

St Ali wide awake beans
I didn’t have the $$ to buy a machine worth $1000’s. I went to buy a more auto one and the sales woman was great and recommended the Breville BEI as I’d get a better coffee. I have loved trying out all the different coffees my subscription has sent. It’s really opened my eyes. Amending grinds, tempe
