Finally fell down the rabbit hole. Thank you r/espresso

Some top tips for the Bambino Plus, and in no particular order: -- With all due respect to it, no need to pay Breville prices for Breville (or via Breville, other) branded cleaning products. Urnex brand gets recommended here and has worked well for me, at a lower price, and buying larger-sized conta

Best starter espresso machine [$500]

The grinder matters more than the machine, and you should budget a decent amount for that too. You also will likely need to budget $100-150 or so for accessories like a scale, decent tamper, distribution tools, and in some cases a nicer portafilter and basket. Some recommended combos: De’Longhi Stil

Need Help Choosing Coffee Machine☕️☕️

Love the different views this topic will generate :) Barista Express (and most of the all-in-one Breville's) are good in the longish term. Parts fail and these machines have limited repairability. I have a refurb, and this is my second personal Breville machine, and 4th of their's I've bought/used o

Beginner looking for their first coffee machine, is it important to be able to pull a shot and steam milk simultaneously?

breville bambino plus and good grinder is better you dont need to pull them at the same time. while your shot is being pulled, you can get the milk out and fill the frothing cup thing while your milk is being steamed you clean the portafilter theres no real reason to have them done at the same exact

Barista Express/ Impress or La Specialista Opera? [500-620 USD]

I have no idea about wattage converting or warranty claims in south east Asia but out of these two machines the Breville is higher quality and will make better coffee. That said, as someone with a Breville Barista Express, if I were purchasing an entry level espresso machine again I would get a Brev

best espresso machine under 500 can anyone suggest a reliable first machine?

Biggest tip is to put most of your budget on a good grinder, I can recommend the DF54 for your budget. Breville/Sage The Bambino/Bambino Plus is very nice, I personally have the Bambino. I would go for the Plus if you want automatic milk steaming, it also has a 3-way solenoid valve. Cafelat Robot mi

Do I Really Need a High-End Machine for Great Lattes at Home? [$1000]

Breville Bambino Plus if doing milk drinks. The automatic steamer works great. Only upgrade I'd recommend would be to get a bottomless portafilter and IMS precision basket, assuming you've already got a good grinder.

ISO Espresso machine suggestion

We had a Breville Café Roma for years and wanted to upgrade to something more robust but still simple to operate. After a LOT of research and debate we went with the Breville Bambino Plus. It has a bunch of very nice improvements over the Roma, including a much more robust steam wand and a cleaning

What is the best espresso shot you can get in HoCo?

Sure. Get a Breville Bambino Plus ($350 - $500 depending on sale) and a DF64 grinder ($400 or so?) and make your own. That setup will pay for itself in months, and the quality of espresso drinks you can make with it will be far better than you can get from all but the most dedicated shops. Plus ther
