For what you want, it seems like the budget is if anything way too high. I pretty much use my equipment to make one tasty flat white/cortado a day, using the exact same beans, 18.7 g in, 40 g out, without ever having to change the grind size. The problem with espresso machines with built-in grinders is that the grinders are of poor quality. When brewing espresso, the grinder is the most important part of the setup, much more important than the brewer. Get a good grinder like a DF54 or a Baratza Encore ESP Pro and a Breville Bambino Plus and you'll be making great coffee so long as you also have good coffee
