The seat pad depth IS adjustable in the Branch Ergonomic chair. There is a sliding lever under the seat pan on the right side. Slide it outward and the seat will slide forward and back. The Branch Ergonomic chair has been great for me since 2020. It feels well made and has a lot of adjustments for tall people.
