Do all adjustable dumbbells suck, or just the cheap ones?
This will likely be one of the more controversial opinions, I'm sure I'll catch a lot of hate from it. I've had the BowFlex 552 SelectTech dumbbells for years now and they've been quite good for my wife and I. I've even been considering getting their 1090 model.

Adjustable Dumbbells that are worth the price
I’ve had a pair of Bowflex select tech 552s for about 8 years and I use them 3-4x per week. Never had a problem with them.

About the recall
Hey mate. I’m looking at a pair of 522i that’s for sale for pretty cheap, new, here in Denmark. Can you physically see a difference to the new improved ones compared to the recall model? I was about to pull the trigger on these until I found Reddit posts about they had a big recall. My arms are twig
