I think I’m giving up on my Palma

the original Palma has had a lot of issues since it was released. the Palma 2 pretty much no one has problems with, the Palma 2 Pro either.

Making do

The Palma 2 Pro feels more polished and reading-oriented with a color screen and stylus support, while the HiBreak Pro line is more versatile as a phone plus reader hybrid. If reading and annotations are your priority, Palma 2 Pro edges ahead. If you want full daily-phone capability in an E Ink devi

Case or no case with your Boox?

Manufacturing lottery is my guess, remember, first batch in production is bad, last batch in production is bad, anything in the middle of production is usually the high-quality stuff. I'm using a caseless palma 2 pro that I've dropped 3 times and hit on the corner of the desk once and it's fine so f

New wekind case for Boox Palma is on the wayyy

Palma 2 Pro has handwriting capabilities, while the 6 inch or 7 Go doesnt (as far as I know). I'm looking to get a Palma 2 Pro because I want something more portable than my Go 10.3. And so I'm considering this case for the Palma. Does that make sense? And some people just enjoy the aesthetic of the

Failed Boox Palma 2 Screen

"multiple reports of failing screens without physical damage" is not what happens with these, no. when damage happens you frequently don't see it at first because the screen hasn't tried to refresh yet. it also doesn't sound like screen damage is the only thing that happened to this device as it cra

Boox Palma 2 Pro vs Go Color 7

I have a Palma 2 Pro and a Go 7 (bw). I love the form factor of the Palma and use it pretty much exclusively. It took a few days for my sense of proportion to adjust from the Go width to the Palma narrow but now that I’ve adjusted I don’t even notice the proportions. I put a Popsocket on the Palma a

e-ink e-readers, why so hard to find a good one?

  • BOOX Tab Ultra C Pro- Bigme B751C- Onyx Boox Palma 2 Pro are some that come to my mind. Personally I'm a fan of Palma but this form factor is not for everyone.

Are there any new interesting upcoming e-readers?

I have the kindle and BOOX Palma 2 Pro for the same reason. Pretty happy with it but it is a BOOX device so the software can be confusing and the build quality slightly less than ideal. But works for me to have a high quality pocket reader and I can take notes and jot ideas. A little pricier but it
