AO3 on my kindle
I got an Android ereader over a Kindle/Kobo specifically so I can read AO3 on a good browser lol. I love my Boox Go 7. It has page turn buttons that work on webpages!

Kobo Remote vs 8BitDo Micro
I've had both as well as a 3 key keyboard. I prefer the kobo remote because it's intuitive and fits nicely in one hand. It is however super easy for it to turn on in a bag or pocket. The micro was my least favourite because it was annoying to have so many extra buttons. I use the 3 key as my page tu

I’m twisted and deranged and I’ve never been real with myself about it until now… kindle accessories
I think there are cases that using a page turner is a necessity. As I got older I find that capacitive screens stop responding so well to my fingers and I have to spend a little more time getting my phone to register my touches. It may seem small but it compounds especially when turning pages or scr

Which e-reader is best for AO3?
Are you OK with just downloading and transferring files to it, or do you want to read online as well? Do you care about having a large well-organised library? I have a Boox Go 7, which runs Android (still eink though) and allows downloading apps. Browsing AO3 on a browser works very well (and page t

Best ereader outside of kindle?
The only one I would say to avoid is the nook. The software has always been mediocre. I chose to go with a Kobo libra colour after watching reviews. Waiting for it to arrive now. For me, it was the library integration, the UI design, and the page turn buttons. I do like the idea of readers like Boox

PLEASE let me disable the infinite scrolling feature.
I personnaly love the infinite (vertical only) scroll. Like this I can use pages as a topic separator and I can accumulate data on the same page. But I can also just ignore the scroll and use pages as if it was a notebook (just by not swiping vertically). I'm very frustrated that Onyx Boox implement

Anyone who owns Palma and also a Kindle (not the Scribe), how do they compare and which one makes you read more?
Ich have the first Palma and several eReaders including the 2nd gen Kindle Oasis, my favorite Kindle. And its clone, the Boox Go 7. For relaxed reading at home or during long travels I prefer the Oasis/Go 7 because of the bigger screen, it has the perfect reading size for me. Very similar to the siz

Getting my GF a Kindle for Christmas
Colour is the only difference between the Clara Color and Clara BW. Libra only has a colour version and has a pencil for notes, dropbox/cloud stuff, buttons to turn pages. A lot of people in the kobo sub frigging hate the colour versions. It's basically an extra layer over the black and white screen

Ereader Concept: my ideal "Go 7"
Buttons are the reason why I settled on the Boox Go 7. I’ve had readers without buttons (an early Paperwhite for six years) and with buttons (Kindle Keyboard, Kindle Oasis) and I never, ever, ever want to get a reader without page turn buttons again. I guess I don’t want a “clean” tablet, I want an

I'm a dramione hoarder, I can't stop and won't stop saving fics
I've been a Dramione reader for years but just started hoarding last year....currently at 14,487 downloaded. It's an addiction...can't stop the madness! I have everything cataloged in Calibre. I have a Boox Palma as my dedicated Dramione ereader, use Raindrop.io and GoodLinks as my TBR link savers,
