Also: My use case: Using Libby, Kindle, Nook apps to read ebooks. I loaded some books with my computer just to see how they look on it and it looked decent. I am primarily offline unless I’m returning or checking out a book on Libby. When connecting to my Google account, the device appears as “ Atil

Which 6" ereader-BW ereader is the best?

Clara BW is great, but I really love my Boox Go6. Sticking with Kobo is probably your best bet since you're already in the ecosystem but if you want Android for any reason at all then I'd go Boox.

Tell me why or why I shouldn’t get the boox go 6?

The Boox Go 6 fits your requirement if it’s within your budget. I have a Boox Poke 5 myself (the predecessor of Go 6 and very similar) and have been rocking it. If you’re okay with the smaller 6-inch screen rather than 7 or more, I’d say you’re going to love the Go 6. I’ve always loved the small for

Looking for a new ereader

If you don't want to lose your amazon Kindle ebook collection i would recommend an E-ink Reader based on Android. This way you can use the Kindle App to read your books but you can also install lots of other options from the Google Play Store. A Boox Go 6 or 7 might be the ideal companion for you.Or

Boox go 7 or Kindle Paperwhite for sideloading?

You know the answers already. The Boox is better for side-loading. I have a Boox go 6, a Kindle PW and an Xteink 4. They all serve a purpose and you can side-load on all of them. Maybe ask here: r/kindlejailbreak

Milyen E-readert válasszak 50 ezer HUF körül?

Kindle: alap, egyszerű, legismertebb. Zárt rendszer, az Amazon egyre jobban nehezíti a harmadik féltől származó könyvek felmásolását. Kindle Paperwhite: nagyobb kijelző, mint a simánál. Kobo Clara BW: egyszerűen kezelhető, jobb testreszabhatóság, mint a Kindle-nél.

kobo clara bw or boox go 6 for ao3 fanfics?

I'd lean towards Boox too. I bought a Go 7 to read Ao3 (among other things) and it's great for browsing the website for tonight's selection. If your jumpy with fics or browsing is part of the experience for you then android all the way. I will say though if you have the extra money to spend on a Go

how long will kobo, kindle, moon reader plus be USABLE on boox color go gen II?

I have an android tablet with android 9 and still works with all the apps. As long as amazon and kobo allow acces, they will work and if past experiences are an indicator, they will continue to suport old devices (as in acces to the books not new apps). Then you have koreader that still works on ver

Please help me choose a good E-Reader to gift my sibling

I think that the Onyx Boox Go 6 is a good decision because you can also insert a microSD and expand the storage. Being able to install different apps is great because the user isn't locked into an ecosystem but can still tap into it. Also, it's really easy to read many ebooks of different file types
