Boox Go 6 Gen II. I’m not sure it has device-wide dark mode though. Apps certainly provide it while reading. If you want 6’’ specifically, and warm light, AND Kindle Unlimited, there’s just nothing other than Android devices, even if it seems like overkill. Maybe see if you can find a previous gener

Looking for some insight while I'm trying to decide which e-reader to pull the trigger on - maybe having some unrealistic expectations?
probably the Musnap Ocean C, then, (7") or if you really want 6", the Boox Go 6 Gen II.

Which device would suit my needs?
I use the boox go 6 (gen ii)! It's a bit small for manga for a lot of people, but personally I don't mind. Shonen jump, viz, and crunchyroll manga all work fine for me and they're smooth once you get over the learning curve of an e ink tablet :)

Onyx boox Go 7 vs kon tiki 5 for books and manga
I read mostly manga! I went from reading on an iPad mini to a boox go 6 (gen ii) for portability. On the Go 6 i find most manga is totally fine on that screen, but i do have to zoom into don't ring that has a ton of text (think new chapters of HxH), but i think the Go 7 for your purposes would be to
