Price increase notice
No issues with 2 video doorbells & 4 Outdoor 4 cams. Not sure about the price ce increase since everything is solar powered. Blink is tripping.

Purchased Doorbell and surprised by quality. What camera would you recommend for home security?
I got a pair of C217 360° and the basic model beats the pogees out of the Blinks I have at a fraction of the price. And none of the Amazon BS. So all the Blinks are going up for sale so I can buy more Tapo. I don't like the doorbell. Gonna go UniFi on that.

Blink Doorbell 2K+ Preorders!
The doorbell pricing structure is so odd though. In the UK the brand new gen 1 is £44.99, the gen 2 is £35.99 and the gen 3 is £35.99. I’d have thought they’d have managed to get rid of the gen 1 stock a very long time ago but it’s still available from blink brand new.

Bought Blink Outdoor 4 with Sync Module Core — is switching to Sync Module 2 worth it to avoid subscription?
I've been using Sync Module XR for a year, connected to 5 Outdoor 4 cameras and a doorbell, not using the extended range as there's no need for me and it'll also degrade video quality. All I can say is, when they work, they work, if you intend to go with the Sync Module and not the subscription, lik

Ring doorbell alternatives without monthly fee?
I have a Reolink PoE doorbell and it's a massive upgrade over the blink it replaced. Just a single cable through the wall for power and data, it's constantly powered so no batteries to replace and being hardwired to the network (not WiFi) there is very little delay. I have a micro SD card in the doo

AI Plus Trial
It’s not offered in the UK yet but it does seem pretty expensive. I understand that the pricing for the AI stuff and video previews in notifications are also on Ring for a similar price. It just seems a bit expensive for Blink being a budget brand. Mind you, I’ve never run a doorbell AI data centre

Is there a name for the effect of products getting worse with time/popularity?
I don't use Uber much. I think 3 times in the last 10 years. Uber Eats I've used once. I think it's a weird service. I would be super pissed with no information about my food delivery after an hour. Even after 20 minutes of no information at all, I would be mad at the whole process. Thus I don't hav

Curious about Blink cameras: question within
I don't have Blink cameras but I bought a house that came with two Blink doorbells. So here are a few comments in no particular order: My house has no doorbell wiring at all. So installing a traditional wired doorbell is a non-starter unless I want to fish wires through the walls. That really limits
