Probably the absolute best right now is the Blackvue DR970X-2CH. It is 4K front, 1080p rear, 60fps front, 30fps rear, built-in GPS and Wi-Fi, cloud storage with LTE and it's the newest model with best image quality. Alternatively, the Viofo A229 Pro has all those features except for LTE connectivity
