Bigme Hibreak Pro. I've had it a year, it works great (there were a lot of bugs in the beginning, but not anymore), it does everything a regular smartphone does but without being distracting. BigMe HiBreak Pro colour is rumoured to be coming around Christmas (non pro version already out). That's an e-ink phone (as in it's that form factor and can take a sim card). Bigme get justified stick for some of their tablet software but the current (b&w) HiBreak Pro was generally well received.

I also have ADHD. I use at work the Bigme Wink color B251 25.3 inchs monitor -- big difference for my eyes!! I also love this Bigme Hi Break color, the refresh rate is not so bad.
