How do I stop this from happening by the end of the day?!

Better than Sex is awful, one of the few mascaras that smudges and flakes on me no matter what I do. Try Mac Stack, Benefit They're Real, Diorshow or any by Maybelline and you'll see the difference.

What do we think of Aldi makeup?

I used that one too. It’s a dupe of Benefit They’re Real and performs ok. I have moved over to tubing mascaras because I’m oily and use drops throughout the day and don’t want to encourage smudging. I still might get another anyway because I remember liking it.

mascara tears

I wonder if brown mascara would look better if it runs? I'm only suggesting that because I recently purchased a BROWN Tinted Primer by Benefit called "They're Real," although I use it like it's mascara. It only lightly smudged after an morning spent crying through a funeral (but it still looked GOOD

Products that got bumped off your holy grail list after it was reformulated?

Benefit “They’re Real” mascara used to be my holy grail for probably 10 years. Ever since they reformulated it, it smudges, dries out super fast, and flakes everywhere. So disappointing because the original formula was so good. I stopped using it well over a year ago and switched to Armani “Vertigo”

Why does my makeup not last a full 8 hour work shift?

I was going to say, a lot of the higher end (but still drugstore) mascaras always end up smudging off for me, benefit they're real was a nightmare for me. Elf is fantastic, any tubing mascara really but elf is my favourite.

Makeup for people who blink a lot?

Waterproof mascara. But if the area around your eye is oily I’d suggest taking a translucent powder and tap under your eye and on your eyelid. My mascara will transfer if I don’t do this. The Benefit They’re Real mascara is great. I don’t think it’s waterproof but that’s the one mascara that won’t t

Which mascara to buy?

Back in the day, I loved Benefit They’re Real mascara. Last time I bought it, I got raccoon eyes, which didn’t happen before. I got tired of spending $30 on mascara and tried the Maybelline Sky High mascara and haven’t looked back since. I don’t even have to use the waterproof formula to not give me

Good Mascara Recommendations?

If you like a more natural look, I recently purchased a brown Tinted Primer by Benefit called "They're Real," but use it like it's mascara. The price is more than I wanted to spend ($29), but dang... it was worth it. I wear contacts and have sensitive eyes but this primer/mascara is comfortable, nat

Mascara help pleeeeeease

Second the votes for tubing mascara, my favourite is Benefit brand’s “They’re Real” mascara. It’s fantastic and doesn’t rub off during the day. Not sure what you’re doing to get it on your eyelids, sounds like a technique issue? I always put mascara on from underneath your lashes going up, not from
