What are the worst products that you bought in 2025?

That stupid fucking bounce mascara from benefit. Literally back to back to back amazing mascara releases (they’re real, roller lash, badgal bang) then this dry, flaky nightmare that if I apply at 10:43 covers my under eyes in dried product by 11:00am sharp. To hell.

How do I stop this from happening by the end of the day?!

Better than Sex is awful, one of the few mascaras that smudges and flakes on me no matter what I do. Try Mac Stack, Benefit They're Real, Diorshow or any by Maybelline and you'll see the difference.

What do we think of Aldi makeup?

I used that one too. It’s a dupe of Benefit They’re Real and performs ok. I have moved over to tubing mascaras because I’m oily and use drops throughout the day and don’t want to encourage smudging. I still might get another anyway because I remember liking it.

How to keep eyelashes from clumping together?

Tinted lash primer is a game changer! I use the Benefit They're Real tinted lash primer in brown. For my top lashes, I coat with the primer, separate the lashes with a spoolie, fill in my lash line with a brown liquid eyeliner, then go back in with a dark brown or black mascara and separate with a s

Mascara recommendation

Get the travel-size (mini) from Benefit Cosmetics (either Bag Gal Bang! or They're Real). I think the Bad Gal Bang is the absolute best mascara on the market, doesn't flake, and is not too overpowering/heavy on the lashes. And they offer minis, which honestly last me for months. However, as with any

Rant: Worst mascara ever?

There are two that come to mind that I have. Too Faced Better than Sex - Heavy, clumpy and weighs the lashes down. Too Faced should reformulate this instead of wasting so much on the different packaging. Benefit They're Real - Dry and flaky and doesn't do much in my opinion. This was surprising to m

What is on product that MUST be high end for you?

I have a few! NARS climax, Lancôme defincils, MILK kush mascara, benefit they’re real. Those 4 I always get great results. And I always use the Lancôme primer. I especially notice when I use drug store I have to use a ton of coats.. whereas high end, I can get away with like 2

I only wear mascara which one is best?

For higher end mascara I love Benefit They’re Real. But L’Oréal mascaras are really just as good.

Mascara recommendations?

I am obsessed with Benefit Cosmetics mascaras. So much so that I refuse to buy anything else, they're just THAT good. My favorite right now is Bad Girl BANG! but have used They're Real for years too and it's very good. But Bad Girl BANG! lifts so beautifully and keeps the lashes dreamy all day long.
