Let’s wrap it up everyone!! What am I missing?
I would say any high end mascara. Mascara just doesn't last long enough to justify spending extra on it, especially when many drugstore brands are basically the same quality now. I switched from benefit roller lash to the elf dupe and it made me realize how much of a rip off mascara is

What is the one "cheap" product that completely replaced your high-end version?
I buy the essence lash Princess mascara. It’s $5. I used to use Benefit roller lash and the essence is so much better and loads cheaper

Benefit Brow Prices Are Crazy
I know this post is about their brow services but I'm still sad about the roller lash mascara. They got me hooked on it when it first came out and I used to be able to consistently snag it for $12 during their 21 DOB sales. Now it's my staple and I'm stuck paying $29 every time! Really wish it was m

Mascara is crazy expensive at Sephora these days. Anyone else only buying mini mascaras ?
I switched to ELF mascaras. The Lash and Roll is a perfect dupe for Benefit Roller Lash, and Lash Xtndr is a great tubing mascara. Spending more on higher end mascara feels like a waste of money. Agree with others that Loreal Telescopic is also great.

Mascara
You’ve got mine! Two coats of Lash n’ Roll for me, it’s practically perfect! I like it way better than the Benefit Roller Lash (yes, I bought it in the past) that it’s supposed to be the dupe of, which I think is funny. Plus it’s 1/4 the price!

What's a viral/popular makeup product that failed you?
Benefit Roller Lash mascara. I usually ignore influencer stuff but it was all the rage a few years ago and everyone I followed was raving about it. I’ve always been perfectly content with Maybelline and e.l.f. so I never considered spending more for a mascara before; I regretted it immediately. The

I am MTF and have never tried make up, what looks might suit my face the best? I want to learn some "everyday" looks, and maybe have a few fun look ideas to play with too
I also thought “oh wow I’d never have known” go through my head! You are freaking stunning. I’m honestly envious of your hair in that second pic. I have no makeup tips except don’t be afraid of mascara, because as a tomboy cis woman that’s come to makeup late, that’s actually always been the easiest

What makeup product disappointed you the most?
Benefit roller lash mascara :(((( I still use it but it takes such a long time to dry, it also just weighs my lashes down. Waste of money and I have to use it w a waterproof drugstore mascara because I am NOT letting my hard earned money go to waste like that. I’ll use it til the bristles fall off.

How would you do my makeup?
Individual lashes/small clusters are going in different yet very distinct directions that are not congruent with the others. It doesn't look like a natural lift or curl pattern. This happened to me when I learned to use a lash curler as effectively as possible, which definitely seems to be the case
