Active speakers for rotary mixer
I have those decks and mixer and use behringer truth b2030a's and am very happy with them. They are studio monitors so there are probably warmer options, but they are better than krk rokit 6's or yamaha HS7's. I've not tried any non studio monitor options to compare against. I have a BK Electronics

Most "bang for buck" speaker for amateur DJ?
For 8 inch studio monitors I’d say Behringer B2030A Truth. My best friend got a pair and for the price (around 300€ for a couple) they have amazing value.
