If i were you i would look at the beautyrest black series 3 medium/plush mattresses depending how soft you like it but for a side sleeper i would suggest going with the medium. It has the cooling you are looking for, memory foam for comfort, latex for support, triple braided coils.

Hi! I would look into a couple mattresses. The Beautyrest Black Series 3 is a great mattress. It offers a ton of support with the organic latex being above the coil system. It also has cooling technology in it. I would also recommend looking into the Sealy high points. Those have memory foam in it,
