Just seems like they were designed to change the game, and to try to become the new standard, since the community has been stuck on the grigri for going on three decades. Problem with that is the game doesn't need to be changed, anything the grigri needed petzl came along and changed in the next ite

Does grigri ever go on sale?
Mec occasionally throws a sale on and drops to 109, the beal birdie i think is cheaper and does same thing as the gri gri. Or keep an eye out on market place for a gri gri, tons of people off loading gear. Also make that venture outdoors, who knows you may find a gri gri on the ground, i found a bra
