What is a glow/water tint that's lasted through a meal for you?
I agree with the neon part 🫠. Anyway, BBIA L'eau Tint is my other fave. It lasts longer than Romand Juicy Lasting Tint and Clio Crystal Glam Tint, plus it's not sticky at all.
