Coffer grinder recommendation for both espresso drink and filter coffee
Baratza Vario w+ Grind by weight, with a coarse/fine stepped adjustment. 54mm ditting steel burrs, with a fairly unimodal distribution. Do you grind your beans daily?
I ended up with the Baratza Vario W+. I’ve been real happy with the choice of grinds and the steel flat burr that is user replaceable.
