Trying to optimize my setup
Baratza Encore Esp can do the job but I moved on from it quickly. If you can afford to spend more, a nice grinder will reward you.

Best cheaper grinder [200€].
Baratza Encore ESP, but maybe consider a manual grinder; you will have a better result for the same money. But it will be manual.

Basic setup for Home
Yes, I agree. But I'm not able to find a decent one at a budget price. Some suggested baratza encore and a few others. But honestly, they seem costly at this point. Maybe after a few years down the line I'd upgrade if i want to go in too deep.

Just found this deal. Is this a no brainer? [No budget]
I sold my Baratza Encore and bought a Baratza Sette 270. Very happy with the switch, turns out you do get what you pay for.

Pour Over Coffee - Newbie Gift
Sweetheart, your boyfriend is not good enough for you. Leave him and come over my way instead. You can upgrade my grinder and kettle for a fraction of that price and I will still think the absolute world of you. Joking, of course. Budget Setup Advices [450-500€]
The Baratza Encore ESP was on my radar too but decided to spend a bit more for 64mm flat burrs, so I don't need to upgrade, ever. Look into the Wilfa Uniform Evo. No clue about the HiBrew

Grinder/upgrade recommendations [$300] CAD
I’m in a similar situation, looking to upgrade from my manual grinder for my work setup. I’ve got a DF64 at home and it’s pretty good, but it’s a bit out of my price range. It’s also a bit annoying with clogging, suffers a bit in the clarity department and maybe most importantly, it’s a bit finnicky

I've been watching coffee content for a while and I finally decided to join in on the fun. I know that dialing in is a big deal, so let me tell you guys what I have and maybe, just maybe, someone has the same combination of things as me and can recommend specific settings, or how to dial in these sp
