I also setup my new w65 this past week as an upgrade from a modded baratza encore. The encore with the plastic catch would always pull out some retention and make a bit of a mess around the grinder. The baratza encore esp grinder is terribly designed. This burr holder bracket constantly cracks, it retains a ton of grinds, cleaning is a PITA (gaskets are always clogged, dealing with shims, that dumb felt seal).
