Whats wrong with my machine
well...... i hate to be that one guy but this baratza encore model is not made for proper espresso. it is designed for drip coffee for the most part. they have another model for espresso called the encore ESP however, i'd look into a DF54 instead because it's muuuuuch better value. [Bambino Plus/Baratza Encore ESP] Grind/taste consistency
I used to pair a Encore ESP with my Bambino, and also never had consistency. It’s the grinder. It’s not as good as people say online. Recommend a grinder to pair with Profitec Go please
Single dose grinder for the freshest grounds and no retention. Using a grinder with a hopper only makes sense if you’re pulling ~4 shots or more a day. I recently upgraded my Baratza Encore ESP to a DF64 gen 2 and upgraded to SSP HU burrs. It’s been a HUGE upgrade and now competes with grinders 2x-3
