The amount of coffee in the body of my [Eureka Silenzio]
You should see my Baratza Encore ESP lol. Sometimes it is generous enough to share the coffee with me.

Varia VS4 – Real Talk from owners
I have had the VS4 for about two weeks. I was dialed in on my Robot in three shots. I was dialed in on my V60 in two. It is a marked improvement in consistency. My espresso and pourover preferences are on opposite ends of the spectrum; a tall order for one grinder to deliver. Daily - without fail, I

When someone says they have a breville bambino , usually the comments are , it’s a good beginner setup.
Its a really good question and im leaning towards no. My brother has a breville bambino + baratza encore esp and i have a rocket mozzafiato R + df64. I think the coffe tastes better on my own machine but wheter thats placebo or not i cant know. What i will say, however, is that if this hobby is a li

Baratza Encore ESP grinding issues [Delonghi dedica EC 685 / Encore ESP]
Hey! Thanks for the reply. I installed a new Baratza Ring Burr Holder (6768). It is still undamaged, no broken parts. The rentention is crazy after changing this , but fortunately, no play. Basket is dozed by volume too. Ensuring theres enough space for the puck screen. Again, i've had decent shots

Buying Advice needed as a beginner [500-900 €]
The Bambino Plus is a great machine considering the cost, though it is as low as $350 USD here, which makes it more of a compelling buy. One issue with a built in grinder is that grinders are prone to failure by their function. I think the Barista Express has Baratza burrs (needs confirmation), whic

Some VERY dumb questions for anyone with patience for me (totally new to this)
Yes, you need a better grinder for espresso. I have a Baratza Encore ESP with the Bambino Plus, and I have the same problems. This is my second one, after they replaced it under warranty following an hour long video session with them sending it through tests. There’s no difference between my previou

[Bambino Plus/Baratza Encore ESP] Grind/taste consistency
I used to pair a Encore ESP with my Bambino, and also never had consistency. It’s the grinder. It’s not as good as people say online. Since I switched to my Eureka Mignon Zero 65, I have perfect consistency. Same setting = same exact shot time. I’m sorry if this is not the ideal answer, but this was

Recommend a grinder to pair with Profitec Go please
Single dose grinder for the freshest grounds and no retention. Using a grinder with a hopper only makes sense if you’re pulling ~4 shots or more a day. I recently upgraded my Baratza Encore ESP to a DF64 gen 2 and upgraded to SSP HU burrs. It’s been a HUGE upgrade and now competes with grinders 2x-3

[MOD] The Daily Question Thread
Hmmmm you can probably check Fellow Opus as well. The Baratza ESP can still do coarser grinds for drip brewing but I know it wont be as good as a regular Baratza Encore. Or if you can stretch the budget more, the Eureka Mignon Zero is another choice
