I have noticed that too with the Beosound 2. At volume level 20 or 24 it sounds nice in the background, but it really starts to shine and open up when you get into the high 30s and 40s on the volume slider! The A5 is the same way...to get the vocals "out of the speaker" I have to dial the volume up.

I have the A5 and it has a volume problem where it doesn’t stay on the same volume level it sounds good but im thinking of getting the balance how loud can you describe the sound that comes out of it ? And how better it is than the A5 beosound ?

How much better is the balance compare to the beosound A5 im dissapointed on the sound problem the A5 has it sounds way to low on some music and loudish on some songs is ridiculous just how expensive it is and the beolit20 does not have that volume problem

Very helpful...thank you! Like you, the Beosound 2 is my favorite of the bunch and it can really fill a room. For a portable solution, I really like the A5, but tend to listen to Blues, Jazz, Vocals, Classical, etc and sometimes it can feel more compressed or slightly muddy vs the B2 where the highs
