All would sound better in stereo. A5 over level if you need more deep bass. Beosound 2 over both of them, balance in stereo is the one with a bigger difference than 3 mentioned

Hi, it's probably not a Balance issue, but rather a problem with the latest app update. I've also had some connectivity problems with my Beosound A5s. It's just a guess, but I never had any connectivity problems until this last update a few days ago.

A5, especially for that price is not even comparable to the Beolit 20 in term of connectivity even, let alone sound and capability in an of itself, I would not think twice and get the A5. Source: someone (me) that was intrigued when purchasing the A5 and listened to both the Beolit 20 and the Beosou

I agree with you! I have the multiple beosound 2 speakers, Beosound 1, A5, A1 and the Level is one I love to play and listen to. It has its quirks, but it is beautiful to listen to for certain music. It struggles with some genres, but for classical especially it is a stunning speaker! And the portab

The Beosound A1 2nd gen has great full sound, but it isn't good at playing loud. Use it in small rooms or close. Placing it near a corner or against a wall can help. I have two and sometimes use them in stereo. Sounds great! The A1 gen2 is my absolute favorite speaker for audio books. Very clear and

I don't have the Level, but can confidently say that both Beosound 2 and A5 are very capable on their own and I would imagine are twice as good when stereo paired. If you are not planning to move your speaker, the BS2 is superior in all aspects - it has much crisper sound and has an ethernet port to

Currently own all 3 and use them daily. Personally the Beosound 2 is my favorite sonically speaking. But, for portability, it’s tough to decide. The B2 has great smooth bass and crisp highs. The A5 has rich bass, but like said by others, the highs are not as pronounced. It’s a warmer sound. The spea

I have not tried to use the Levels without a battery in place. I would expect it power up and work normally. The battery has too many screws and at the moment it is locked to the Beosound Theatre over DPL. Emerge 45 - 22K Hz2 33 - 23K HzLevel 39 - 23K Hz stereo in single speakerA5 32 - 23K HzBalance

Absolutely, the feeling you get having nice products like B&O around the home just makes you want to listen even more. Emerge, Level, and A5 are all relatively inexpensive compared to the others in the lineup, and are easy to place around the home. Balance and Beosound 2 have much better audio quali

Emerge - no one thinks it is a speaker or what it is. For podcasts and radio more than enough. Really it should not work but it does and well. Level - I think a pair or Emerge speakers are better than one stereo Level as I can space them and I like stereo even for radio drama and discussion programm
