Gamers Nexus wants to buy your A1 printer if it has caught fire for their investigation on the NTC thermistor issue.

A1 melting safety risk
TLDR: A component called a NTC thermistor on the AC board can overheat and catch fire. In some cases it melts through the bottom of the A1. 3D Musketeers have collected 70 reports of this problem. BambuLab remains silent on the issue. If you run a A1 please place it on a non-flammable surface.

This has to be the worst A1 fire I've seen so far
I saw this not too long ago on Instagram. I can basically guarantee that there will be another recall. For some reason, the A1, compared to the rest of the entire Bambu line, is extremely susceptible power problems, thus leading to fire concerns. I got my Bambu Lab A1 LONG after the first recall (as

This has to be the worst A1 fire I've seen so far
I was aware that the NTC is a problem and I just waited for it to happen to my A1. And for sure it did happen. If I had seen the aftermath of OP‘s incident I wouldn’t have waited for it to happen but contacted the support right away. Here’s my post if you haven’t seen it already. I‘ll be adding a ph

In my country a bambu lab a1 costs 1.5m pesos and an ender 5.1s less than 400 thousand. I don't give a shit your printer works. By god if it didn't i would riot

Bambu Lab owners be all like:
/uj Can I just remind the Bambu owners furiously downvoting this that we're in r/3DPrintingCirclejerk and not r/VerySerious3DPrinting. It's intended purely as a joke about the A1s and their propensity to melt and occasionally catch fire, not a actual statement of my opinion. Example here: https://ww

PSA: Flow Calibration is your best friend
One of the worst mistakes Bambu Labs ever made was choosing to call Pressure Advance "flow dynamics" and thus make half their users think the A1 and A1 Mini can automatically calibrate flow ratio.

There isn't a chance of a fire though unless the end user has done something like wrap their machine in a flammable cloth deliberately So then explain this https://www.reddit.com/r/BambuLab/comments/1tgt4mz/this_has_to_be_the_worst_a1_fire_ive_seen_so_far/
