Its really hard to beat the Bambu Lab P2S. Its the same price as the P1S that others have been recommending, but better in every way. If I was buying my first printer today, thats what Id go with. For reference, I have the Bambu X1C.

since you want functional mechanical Prints you will want something with a closed Chamber, Hardened internals and active heated chamber. The best Option in your Budget is the Elegoo CC and you buy a Panda Breath later since the Elegoo CC does not come with an active chamber. Alternatives are: -Creal

Load of crap. This type of item is duty free and there's only a 10% sales tax which is comperable to most places in the world. I’m no genius when it comes to 3d printers I must admit. But I have a Bambu Labs P2S and it was worth every penny. I’ve also heard good things about the ender v3 but you need to put some work into making it a full blown 2A/NFA capable printer.
