How is Arknights: Endfield on the 8gb variant of the RP6?
The 8gb should be able run Endfield. I play it on my RP5 medium graphics 30 fps and just played for 2 hours straight without any issues. When I played it on my AYN Thor Pro it would crash from time to time and it hasn’t on my RP5 yet. So maybe the game does have issues with the 8 gen 2.

Can RP6 play these PC games?
Ayn Thor Pro: 2. Diablo 2 Resurrected - doesn't work; only Switch verion on Eden (stable 30 FPS) 3. Dark Messiah of Might and Magic - doesn't work on GameNative; stuck on intro

Help me choose between 3 options
switch 2 or used asus rog ally z1 extreme (or sometimes named z1e). The benefit to the z1e is that it's real x86 windows. It can play PC games too. The AYN thor pro is using a snapdragon processor, meaning it's locked to android due to it being an ARM processor, so it's locked to android games + emu
