What is considered the best emulator for totk rn?

Depends on the device, I'm personally using Citron 0.6.1 on my Ayn Odin 2 Pro and it's working flawlessly using the mesa turnip drivers playing MK8 and Smash Bros Ultimate for me. Games like ToTK will still have issues regardless of which device you use right now.

I am able to get Ys Felgana and 6 on budget handhelds

I played the PC version of Ys 6 exclusively on my Ayn Odin 2 Pro. Not exactly a “budget” handheld, but it was awesome to get the best version of that game playing on a device I love using.

Is OG xbox emulation already possible on android? Is it worth doing so? And how is the performance For Mali and Adreno? (Appreciate some answers in the comments)

Surprisingly good results on my Ayn Odin 2 Pro- able to run the following pretty damn well on HakuX: Halo, Halo 2, KOTOR, crimson skies, phantom dust, JSRF, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Crazy Taxi 3. Fable keeps crashing upon loading into game for me, and I haven't been able to boot Morrowind properly eithe

Which Odin do I buy?

You should get one of the Thor Pro’s with 12gb of ram. I have an odin2 pro with 12gb and I’ve always found that to be perfect and even over powered for anything I’ve thrown at it and the Thor Pro has the same chipset as that.
