Urgently need VOC removal for exterior wood staining
Also air scrubbers- i just realized you have a high volume area and the Austin Air may not cover that area. But maybe for the bedroom. They are good machines with more activated carbon than most. Maybe look into an air scrubber but honestly your source of the odor is the problem. It is constantly em

HELP! I think I messed up big time!
This is all fixable. Here are my recommendations: Get on a binder (eg GI Detox+) to start removing mold from your body. Stay hydrated, take vitamin C, Zinc and Vit D to support your immune system. Get sleep and rest when you don’t feel well. Put your suitcase in a huge trash bag and double bag it, t

My fiancé wants me to put my dog up for adoption I refuse. But he is allergic AITAH?
Austin Air Bedroom Machine if you want to keep both. But you are clearly prioritizing your dog over your fiancé. No judgment about that, just is what is.

Help choosing an air purifier
dust filtration, id say strong HEPA, Austin Air Bedroom machine is good we have one in our nursery and do enjoy it, although you can't just replace the HEPA (you have to buy full filter set or just prefilter, cant do one at a time. Id consider either an IDEAL PRO ap40 or an Amaircare roomaid (can ad

Higher quality splurge for wildfire smoke
austin air bedroom machine! it has five layers of filtration, is super quiet and really great at trapping particulates. i have one in my bedroom (plus three coway mighty purifiers in different spots around the house). it is not inexpensive, though i was able to run mine for five years, 24 hours a da

I bought an AirThings air quality monitor and notice fluctuations in VOC up to about 700 ppb intermittently. What should I do?
Exactly. we run a HEPA filter with a large carbon layer in our home and 99% of the time have zero PM2.5. VOC is also low until we do something like open the (hot just run) dishwasher. Then the VOC goes up for a bit until the HEPA+carbon clears it. Which filter do you have in the AustinAir? They have

For those who suffer from allergies, which air purifier really works well in your opinion?
The only one that worked for us (Tried 5 others) was the Austin Air. We found it made such a difference that we started working as resellers! I hope you find that you are looking for. This is what I sell people for allergies. It creates a safe zone so they can breathe really well during their sleepi

Austin air purifier resale price
If you’re going to get immunity machine or bedroom machine filters, it may be a wise decision to get those two used machines. You’d be saving a good amount of money if the units work fine. Those filters are ~$500-600 each though. However, you’d get 2 machines for the price of one by going this route

Austin Air filters - pet machine? Filter monster?
I have not used third party filters. Austin Air filter technology matters to me, so I would only consider a third party filter if I felt confident it was equivalent. Right now, I use two Bedroom Machine filters and one of the new Immunity filters. They work great.

Air purifier for an office that's also a cat room
I put my Austin air in our cat room and it does a great job at reducing smells. We do clean the box every day and only have two cats. Ended up with two Coway machines for the bedroom and my office(I work from home). Those do seem to reduce allergens better than the Austin Air did.
