Thinking of buying the Audeze Maxwell, but worried about QC issues (Coming from Momentum 4)
I would recommend a non "gamer" headset + an external dac/soundcard that fits ur budget and gaming rig (PC, console, mobile). The best setup, for me, is the Sennheiser HD660s with my Soundblaster AE 9 for its convenience, Comfort, and sound quality (PC gaming). I should mention that I also own Audez

concerns about the audeze maxwell
Haha, I can share my history with Audeze. Before the Maxwell, I had their Mobius, which literally snapped at the joint between the headband and the earcup - and that happened twice, each time before even a year of use. Then I bought the Maxwell - and guess what? I’ve had them replaced twice already.
